Indian Style Hashbrowns or Allu Chilla

  • Potatoes: 3
  • Corn flour: 2 teaspoons
  • Besan: 2 teaspoons
  • Onion: One small onion (chopped)
  • Pepper: as per taste
  • Salt: as per taste
  • Coriander: one teaspoon chopped
  • Green chilies: as per taste


1. Grate potatoes and wash it properly, Squeeze out all the water.

2. Mix all the other ingredients mentioned above.

3. In a pan, put a table spoon of oil . Spread the batter and cook it properly till it becomes a little brown both sides like a pancake and its ready to eat!
