- Cream cheese: 1 Packet
- Powdered sugar or sugar-free: 2 tablespoon
- Few drops of lemon
- Fresh Cream: Amul or any other cream
- Blueberry fillings: 1 Tin
- Melted Butter: 100gms
- Marie biscuits: 1 Packet
Combine biscuits and butter in a blender until its semi-fine and line the base of a 22cm round glass dish with the mixture and put in the freezer to firm up.
In another bowl, Mix cream cheese and fresh cream and a few drops of lemon and sugar.
Spoon the cheesecake mixture on the biscuit base and final layer with the blueberry mix.
Place in it in the fridge for an hour or until set.
